Firefox add-on site has out of date pencil

I recommended pencil to a friend.  He searched for it in the firefox add-in site, found a severely out of date version (1.0.6), couldn't install it and assumed the project had been abandoned.  Can this be updated somehow?

I'm running firefox 13.0 and see a messages that says "Not available for Firefox 13.0"
