Hi Pencil Users,

I discovered Pencil few days back and I like the software very much for project planning before starting the project and I have practiced the software alone as well.

Now I am thinking to take Pencil with me when ever I go to meet the clients to get their idea directly designed into Pencil instead of paper.

I have one concern. While using Pencil infront of client, I do not want my clients to know that I am using the software called Pencil so
1. is there any way, I can remove "Pencil" and it's logo from the title bar or change it to something of my own? This is the thing which I even do with firefox as well.
2. is there any way, I can disable Help Menu from menu bar?
3. also is there any way that I install Pencil in a folder with all the configuration settings stored in .ini files in the same folder so that I can take Pencil with me on a pendrive where ever I go, run directly from pendrive and save my settings directly on pendrive.

Regards
Paaro

For running from a USB drive you can use the portable version available from PortableApps.com.

Regarding your other issues I would assume you would have to modify and rebuild Pencil from source to implement those kind of changes.

Do you really need to do this though? Clients understand that you use third party software, and sometimes also wish to know what programs you are using. What would you tell them Pencil was if they asked?
