Adding a pencil for soret diffusion

Hello all,

I am trying to include the soret diffusion (thermal diffusion) term in the flux term of the species conservation equation. I want to introduce a pencil corresponding to the thermal diffusion coeffecient same as Mixture averaged diffusion coefficient. But the pencil 'Diff_penc_add'  is provided for the misture averaged diffusion coefficient in (chemistry.f90). Is it possible to provide a separate pencil 'Therm_Diff_penc_add'?

I checked cparam_pencils.inc including 200 pencils and realised it is generated by mkcparam. But couldn't figure out how to define additional pencil say using scripts/mkcparam.

Any help regarding this is appriciated.

Hi Yuvraj.

You need to declare the pencil in the header of the relevant module (see
section 9.7 of the manual, entitled 'the pencil case').
