Hi all,
In many of my 1-D demonstrations (of sound waves, for example),
I use video files and animate the waves (in idl), but now someone
said that it is "well known" that in python the command:

sli = pc.read.slices(field='phi', proc=0)

does not work. Is that true and is there a solution?

Hi,

I have committed a fix for allslices.py. Please check for the case without the proc parameter, that is, after collecting the slice data.

Best,

Matthias
