Hej alla,

As agreed during last week’s Pencil Code meeting, we’ll be holding a dedicated online meeting to discuss ongoing and future developments of the Python postprocessing tools for the Pencil Code.

To help us find a time that works for everyone, please indicate your availability, before Nov 14, using the link below:

https://www.when2meet.com/?33402888-Q69GB

If none of the proposed dates work for you, please reply directly to this email with your preferred times — we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone.

We’ve also created a new section in the documentation to keep everything organized

https://pencil-code.readthedocs.io/en/latest/python-meetings/python-index.html

that contains:

includes details for the upcoming meeting, current discussion topics, and a space for new ideas or proposals.
includes summaries and minutes from our previous discussions.
collects all decisions made by the Python postprocessing group, organized by topic.

You are very welcome to add or edit discussion topics for the upcoming meeting.
Here’s how:

  1. Refresh your current version of the Pencil Code

  2. Go to: pencil-code/doc/readthedocs/python-meetings

  1. Edit the corresponding section in the file: python-nextmeeting.rst
  2. Push your changes to Git

The documentation page will be updated automatically with your changes.

For more information on how to write in reStructuredText (reST), see:
https://pencil-code.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dochowto/usingrst.html

Looking forward to your contributions and seeing many of you at the meeting!

Cheers,

Illa
