NullPointerException in TgBox after changes on ontology

Hello everyone,
I'm developing a program that adds new axioms in the knowledge base and after an axiom is added I execute some queries looking for the explanations.
The problem is in line 384 of the class org.mindswap.pellet.tbox.impl.TgBox.java.
Is there a case where td is not null but td.getName() returns null or could it happen to "corrupt" something when a new axioms is added?
