Dear Sir/ Madam,

On 28-29 August 2014, Indonesian HR Professionals (IHRP) Society  will organize training course  "Developing Effective HR Balanced Scorecard" at Trimitra Consultants Training Center, Kartika Chandra Office Tower 4th Floor, Jakarta.

Virtually every organization identifies their staff as their most important asset. Organizations recognize that human capital is the foundation of their value creation - various studies have shown that up to 85 percent of an organization’s value is based on intangible assets. Yet the asset that is most important is often the least understood, least prone to measurement, and, hence, least susceptible to management. The HR Scorecard is built on the proven Balanced Scorecard model, it develops the organization’s HR Architecture - the HR function, the HR system, and strategic employee behaviors - that relentlessly emphasizes and reinforces the implementation of the organization’s strategy. The HR Scorecard shows how to link HR’s results to measures that managers and executives understand and respect.

Please contact us if you wish to receive detailed information on one or more of the programs. Thank you for your kind attention.
