Stopand Shop, whose parent company owns Hannaford, is piloting a program at some Massachusetts stores where customers can print out all digital coupons from a kiosk or add them to their rewards card.

Below you will find the steps to register for the Dial-a-Ride Program and Taxi Coupon Program as well as Dial-a-Ride Frequently Asked Questions, Taxi Coupon Frequently Asked Questions. Also, included is information about LA County's Access Services, Los Angeles CityRide Program, and the Transit Access Pass (TAP).

Culver City Dial-A-Ride (DAR) service is provided for qualified individuals who are transportationally disabled (unable to drive or use public transportation). Curb-to-curb service is provided from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Monday-Friday within Culver City limits and designated areas of LA County. Door-to-door service is available upon request.

For Culver City Residents and County Residents under the age of 60, this form is to be completed by the participant's doctor verifying that the participant cannot drive or take fixed-route public transportation due to a disability or illness.

PCA (Personal Care Attendant) is someone who travels with the participant to provide assistance. The PCA rides Dial-a-Rode free and must board and de-board at the same location as the participant. Dial-a-Rode does not provide PCAs and the driver cannot serve as a PCA.

All passengers being transported in the vehicle are required to properly wear seatbelts or have their mobility device secured throughout the entire ride. Passengers are not permitted to stand while the vehicle is in operation.

Wheelchair accessible vans are available but require advanced notice. Vans may be reserved 24-hours in advance for round-trips. Drivers are allowed to assist customers, but may not physically move them.

NOTE: For the most current list of agencies that sell Access coupons, please refer to the Access Services Rider Guide. Culver CityBus continues to welcome Access customers using their Access Services-issued TAP card on board.

A bond trading at discount means that its coupon rate is lower than its yield, but knowing that a bond coupon rate is lower than Current Market Yield does not give us any clue if the bond will be called. The correct comparisson is between the bond yield and the market yield. So do not confuse this.

Bonds are typically called in at a market YTM for a simillar callable bond lower than the current issue. The lower the coupon rate, the higher the duration, and the more likely a bond to be called (all else the same). But at the same time, a bond paying coupons at a lower rate than the current market yield is at a discount, and would never be called in a non-falling interest rate enviroment.

So at one point, the lower coupon rates could demand a more expensive call option cost due to the increased duration, but on the other hand, they are may be unlikely to be called depending on the volatility of the interest rate enviroment.

I have listed a dress literally less than 14 hours ago. Etsy has sent "abandoned cart" offer to a buyer in less than 24 hours of the item even being on the site. Buyer applied coupon and purchased. Thing is, I was convinced that there must be at least 24 hrs for item being carted for this to even happen. I contacted Etsy via chat and after being pushy and not letting go, the customer service ADMITTED that now there is no time limitation for this type of discount anymore! Quote:[This content has been removed by Moderation. We ask that you please review Section 1, Item 2 of our Community Policies prior to posting.] Oh wow. Shouldn't such info be available so that you know precisely what you get your shop into?? But guys, keep reading, it only gets better.

I kept being pushy calling them out on absolute lack of transparency and it only got better from there... Here comes literal quote from the chat about the ABANDONED CART OFFER:[This content has been removed by Moderation. We ask that you please review Section 1, Item 2 of our Community Policies prior to posting.]. This made me lose my mind. I have sent them literal quote from my dashboard [This content has been removed by Moderation. We ask that you please review Section 1, Item 2 of our Community Policies prior to posting.] And I asked how on earth am I suppose to conclude from this dashboard info that offer ISN'T IN REAL abandoned basket but something entirely else ?! And can be sent out by Etsy randomly, not just in case of abandoned basket as stated ?! THIS IS LITERALLY MIND BLOWING. They have forwarded my case to specialists who should reach out to me via email. I will update this thread when I receive such email.

This is absolutely horrendous case of misinformation and I am not just leaving it like this. Especially that they had audacity to tell me I should be happy item sold. It would have sold full price and I know it but it isn't even about that anymore. It's the principals. How is it even legal? Even though I'm reading this forum daily and am aware of much worse things going on recently (refunds of delivered items make my skin crawl), I am still shocked. It's like they told me "yeah, we say it is A but in real it is B, sorry for confusion, hehe, ciao". U N R E A L

The sticking point here is that it is not an abandoned cart discount. If shoppers get an immediate discount upon carting an item, then essentially, you are discounting your shop for every item, to every buyer, for every sale. The seller has no opportunity to sell to the buyer at full price.

My understanding was the same as yours in that these offers were only sent to people who had added a particular item to their carts but had not yet purchased that item ( it is a prompt for the customer to purchase the item they have carted ) so what Etsy are saying is that an abandoned cart offer = shop wide discount across all items.

@CraftyCornishMaids Well I would have thought that Etsy would use the listing ID no of the item that was carted to generate the coupon after 24hrs, This coupon is item specific to the item that was carted.

ETA - Please let me know if you do receive a coupon because I have none of these three marketing ploy's set up in my shop. I have never used any of them so as far as I am aware no customers who have any of my items in their carts should be getting any discounts offered by me.

Surely they need to notify us and update the specs when a change like this is made? The current help article is very specific - the customer must have the item in their cart for at least 24 hours before they "abandon" ie remove it. After that, the offer will not be sent until 24 hours after they abandoned it. @TheUglyJumperClub according to the current published specifications your customer should not have received an offer for at least 48 hours after you published the listing.

Oh and by the way, the cherry on the top of s##t cake: this buyer asked me for discount before purchasing. I said no, because it's a freshly listed item. Then they carted item, received coupon within 5 minutes and purchased. And here I am as a result looking like a clown of a seller

I never planned/ agreed to have all my items randomly discounted. So yeah, as said, I have enough time to push with this case because that's just absolutely mental. Pure, undiluted disrespect towards sellers. I'll be updating this thread whenever Etsy decides to explain this nonsense to me.

I won't cancel because this is not buyer's fault. They might have thought I've changed my mind or whatever. They got discount, they used it. My problem is this discount should have not been sent this morning within 5 minutes of item being carted.

Maybe your customer carted an item from your shop 2 weeks ago and got a coupon, so came back to your shop to get "that" item, but saw the new item and liked it better. Maybe this customer asked you for a discount hoping for something better than your Abandoned Cart discount. You said no, so she thought about it for 5 minutes, decided she really wanted it and purchased it using the AC coupon she already had.

I think the idea here is that you are in total control of individual charges (or one-time payments, whatever you want to call them). So, you can create whatever coupon mechanism in your own app for charges. At the end of the day you're just telling Stripe "Charge $X.YZ to this card".

Applying discount coupons for one-time charges is unnecessary burden for Stripe to maintain. So they do not support this and recommend us to keep the record of discount coupons for one time charges our selves.

At least two local businesses said the national company that publishes the Mid Hudson Valley Entertainment Book and runs a discount Web site has been issuing coupons without permission, but Entertainment Publications Inc. said it has signed contracts.

One coupon in the book is for Rob's Pizzeria and Restaurant in the hamlet of Wallkill. Owner Robert Malatesta said he's been trying unsuccessfully to cancel the contract for years, and has put up a sign telling customers he no longer accepts the coupons.

The company sent a representative seven years ago and Malatesta signed up. The next year, he changed the ad. Then, five or six years ago, representatives stopped coming but kept publishing the coupons, he said.

Entertainment Publications paralegal Gwen Koehler said contracts are automatically renewed unless businesses cancel in writing via certified mail by Feb. 28 of a given year. She indicated it was unlikely that Malatesta's calls were not returned.

"I think if people have called and they're not getting calls back there's a definite problem, but without specifics I can't answer as to whether they did or did not receive a call back," she said. "It may take a day or two, but definitely within a couple of days, somebody should be contacting them."

The Better Business Bureau of Eastern Michigan shows a number of complaints against both the Entertainment Book and its rewards program, said Carmel Weems, manager of advertising revenue for the bureau. Entertainment's company headquarters is in Michigan, records indicate.
