Greetings from Primrose Point in Cornwall Prince Edward Island, Canada
I am posting this in an attempt to warn others so that they don't end up
with the problems we have.
We bought a lot in this subdivision from "Falcon Holdings" (Barry
Willis), and have had a few horror stories to tell, trying to get
pavement, electric power, etc.
Now we are down to water troubles. Besides the apparently low pressure,
there is a problem with runoff or something getting into the well which
serves the subdivision. We have ruined laundry, and I have to shut off
most of the system in our house at times because I am afraid of what the
children might be drinking if they turn on the tap and serve
themselves. For the first time in my 40 years on PEI, I have to depend
on bottled water!
Mr. Willis has been assuring us that this will be fixed ASAP, since I
first reported it to him on New Year's eve! That time the water stayed
reddish brown for three days. Since then we have had the same problem
on at least three occasions, whenever we have had heavy rain for any
length of time. Each time the water has stayed reddish (once it was
even black!) for a few days. The last time (so far) was Thursday, March
26. The water was still discolored on Sunday afternoon.
Mr Willis also told me that this problem has been occuring for about two
years, and I am afraid if it isn't cured yet, it may never be. You can
guess what this has done to my property value.
I hope this message will do two things. #1 warn others of the problem,
so that they don't get caught like I did. And second, perhaps if Barry
Willis starts hearing "I'd love to buy a lot from you, but I will be
holding back 50% of the purchase price until you cure the water
problems" he may make more of an effort to rectify the situation.
Thanks for listening.

Hi Rodbey.
Did you try and involve a government dept IE Dept of environment or
whatever or even talk to a lawyer.
Maybe this will get Mr Willis to move more quickly
