Building Resiliency: Strengths, Skills, and Strategies


Presented by: Catherine Nash, CP2, and Rebecca Tylor, CP2 (2nd year Clinical Psychology Students at Midwestern University)
Positive Psychology is the study of what makes life worth living by identifying strengths and resources that help build resilient people. Resiliency helps one adapt in times of adversity, trauma, and stress.
 
Attend a 90-minute informative presentation, exploring how positive psychology can be utilized in daily life!
