How to connect to the pen over Bluetooth

Hi, I am using 3.4.7 SDK and am not able to connect to the pen over the bluetooth -- SDK doesnt detect the PEN

these people (http://www.airpen.jp/camp/1007/index.html) while using the same technology/pen are able to connect to the PC over Bluetooth

I'd like to know what should I do to make it work with Bluetooth

P.S: It works all fine as expected when connected via USB.
