DateTime & Coordinates' interpretation

Hello everybody,

I'm a french developer working on an application aiming to analyze
some forms.
I want to be lighten about two main properties of the Pegasus Pen :
- how to horodate (set & get date time of each ink)
- how to interprate the coordinates in the stroke.

In fact, I can get some data but for me there have no meanings. I've
already written to the Pegasus' support but they don't give me answers
only advicing to follow the User Guide.
