I found that newer firmwares also send the date, i.e. when you wrote
each page.
However, the "Memory Management and upload protocol" document doesn't
describe it.
So I thought I'd document it here:
= Note Header =
Note header size: 14 Bytes (unchanged).
Byte number 7 to 10 (both inclusive): little-endian signed integer
number, specifying the number of minutes from 2008-01-01 00:00:00 to
the time you wrote the note.
Older firmwares put -1 there (that is, 0xFF 0xFF 0xFF 0xFF).
Could someone update the Memory Management and upload protocol
document <http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dqswcdk_6qtgc8wgn> with this
information?
Does anyone know what kind of clock is used in the base device?
Does it store the time as GMT?
If not, does it automatically switch summer/winter time? What about
Daylight Saving Time?
How do I set the time of the base device clock (directly via USB,
without SDK)?
cheers,
Danny
