Pegasystems, the world's leading provider of BPM software, is seeking
experienced systems architects to join our Professional Services
Division. We are looking for strong technical consultants who have a
desire to travel, interact with leading brand-name clients nationwide
and utilize the strongest BPM tool on the market.

As a member of the Pegasystems Professional Services group, the
successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the design,
architecture and implementation of Pega PRPC based solutions across
client, partner or Pega led projects. Software architects are
accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of
the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional
requirements. This role involves 45% true development and 65%
consultative work.

Key Result Areas:
1. Actively participate in the requirements, design and build phases;
delivering high quality deliverables.
2. Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user
acceptance testing.
3. Have an advanced understanding of the main features of PRPC; their
features and limitations. 4. Assist in the identification of
enhancements to the core base product.
5. Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and application
functionality
6. Complete work in time / effort budget.
7. Provide proactive update to Engagement Leader if timelines or
effort estimate are in jeopardy. 8. Provides regular updates to
Engagement Leader on project progress and outstanding issues. 9.
Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
10. Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as
required
11. Achieve PRPC Certification within 3 months of joining Pega
(Training provided)

Travel is required 100% to the assigned client site. Our clients are
located throughout the United States.

Must have Requirements:
• BS Degree with min of 7 years of experience, or Masters Degree with
min of 4 years of experience
• External consulting experience at large technology consulting firm
or BPM provider
• Expertise in analysis, design, development, and application
deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems
• Expertise in Java or J2EE
• Strong OO experience
• Domain Expertise in one of Pega’s industry verticals (Insurance,
Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.)
• Must be able to travel 100% - Monday through Friday
• Must be able to pass a credit check to qualify for the corporate
credit card
