Requirements
• Elicit, analyse and document Business
Requirements for IHC / CCAR or other US Regulatory Reports
• Manage business analysis activities in
line with project schedule
• Overall experience of 6-8 yrs (Fin
Services / IT) desirable with relevant project experience of requirements
elicitation and documentation from business users.
• Strong background in CCAR Regulatory
Reporting especially in FRY 9C, FRY 14M/Q/A, FFIEC 041, FFIEC 031 reports and
the related schedules. Alternatively, associates with very strong understanding
of Basel norms / financial reporting background are preferred
• A strong ability to gather business
requirements and to create business requirements documentation (BRD).
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation
and relationship skills.
• An understanding of SDLC processes and
Change Management principles, within a banking environment.
• Good knowledge of standard office
software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
Nice to Have:
• Experience and knowledge of Axiom
product will be preferred.
• Exposure to Data Warehousing projects in
the Regulatory Reporting space will be an added advantage.

Oracle, Informatica
• Should have
working experience in IBM MQ
• Should have
good knowledge in HTML 5 / ReactJS
• Should have
strong experience in UNIX commands & Shell Scripting
• Should have
database experience in oracle and good in writing complex SQL’s, understanding
stored procedures, triggers & packages
