PEFAs coming up for air

PEFAs is resurfacing. Will take some air and see how far we make it.
As much of the list focuses on India, this google group will, moving
forward, be focused on food and ag issues in India only. Comfood does
the trick for those in the US who are looking at the issues there, so
many of you may choose to bail. But in India there may be a niche to
fill, as Green India and other groups don't focus exclusively on food
and ag. Lets see if we can some conversation started here. As
before, all messages will go through monitors to make sure
conversations stay on track and there isn't any cheeky advertising
making it to your in-boxes. If you know of folks who would make good
additions, pls email addresses to moderators. Also messages in Hindi
also encouraged. Cheers
