Peter Grant Auguste Hennessy died on February 3, aged 74, husband, father, grandfather and brother. A service of thanksgiving celebrating his life will be held at Holy Trinity Church, London Road, Chipping Norton, on Thursday, 21 March.

born 10 August 1944, son of Hon. Frederick Francis George Hennessy and of his wife, Merritt Jean Longsdon, and grandson of 1st Lord Windlesham.

married 1968 Sally Ann Royden Johnson,granddaughter of Sir Ernest Bland Royden, 3rd Bt.

I would add that with his wife he had 2 sons and 2 daughters, all named on thepeerage.com and in Debrett's 1990.  No grandchildren are listed in thepeerage or in my older copy of Debrett's. Does anybody have further information?

Currently I have the line of succession as:

0. 4th Baron Windlesham (born 1968)

1. George (born 2006), his only son

2. James (born 1970), elder son of Peter (1932-2019)

3. Benedict (born 1978), younger son of Peter
