From the Telegraph of 16 Oct 2021: BARRY James Tress. Died peacefully at home on 10th October 2021, after a short battle against cancer, aged 54. Adored husband of Charlie, much loved father of Ezzy and Ollie and stepfather of Anna and Flora. Beloved elder son of Richard and Jill and cherished brother of Ant and Bridget. Private family cremation. Service of thanksgiving at St Mary's Church, Fairford, Gloucestershire, on Thursday 18th November at 12-00 noon.
He was s of Richard John BARRY b 1938 (gt gs of Sir Francis Tress BERRY 1st Bt 1825-1907 and gs of 6th Earl of RADNOR 1868-1930 etc) and Jillian Frances b c1945 reg Q1 Surrey d of Lt-Col Anthony (Tony) Leslie NOVIS MC 1906-97 (former England Rugby team captain) of Fryern House, Storrington, Sussex and Edith Mary Frances OSGOOD 1908-99. He m [1st] 1998 Lisa d of Denis CHAPMAN of Scaby, N. Yorks and had issue (not recorded in DPB) a son b 2003 & and a dau b 2000 as above. [?He m 2nd 2003 reg Q2 N. Yorks Lisa T HELME - ?mother of Anna & Flora above]
