Dr Julian Reginald Desgrand Jermy GWYN died 18 March 2023, aged 85.

He was born 30 March 1937, son of Quintin Peter T. J. GWYN 1906-94 by his 1933 m to Barbara L. M. D. MITCHELL 1910-98. He m firstly 1961 (annulled 1984) Hon Barbara b 1940 dau of the Life Peer BARON DEVLIN 1905-92 by his 1932 m to Madeleine Hilda 1909-2012 dau of Sir Bernard OPPENHEIMER 1st Bt (UK 1921) 1866-1921 by his 1890 m to Lena STRAUS d 1937, and had 2 sons and 1 daughter. He m secondly (div) Agnes FADDEN, and thirdly Carol TOBIN, and had further issue.

The late Dr Gwyn was of that landed gentry family, formerly of Stanfield Hall, Wymondham, Norfolk.
