The Honourable Andy HOWELL died 6 October 2021, aged 64.
He was born in 1957, son of the Life Peer BARON HOWELL 1923-98 by his 1955 m to Brenda Marjorie WILLSON. He married firstly 1986 (div) Ceridwen E. (Ceri) OGDEN, and had one son (Kieran Jonathon S. HOWELL b 1990; birth reg June 1990 Birmingham). He married secondly 2016 Kate FOLEY. No issue of the marriage.

He was a member of Birmingham City Council from 1991-2003 and served as deputy leader of the council from 1999-2003. He was also an Honorary Alderman of Birmingham.
