Trenchard - The marriage took place on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at St Mary's Church, Standon, between Oliver, son of Mr and Mrs John Birkbeck, of Litcham Hall, Norfolk, and Laura, daughter of Viscount and Viscountess Trenchard, of Standon Lordship, Hertfordshire. The Rev Alan Comfort officiated. The bride, who was given away by her father, was attended by Mrs Tom Road, the Hon Mrs Burne, Lady Alice St Clair Erskine, Miss Rose Langley, Miss Katherine Westmacott, Minnie Leitao, Emily Tremayne, Matilda Burne, Martha Burne, Frederick Trenchard and Theodore Trenchard. Mr Johannes Hodson was best man. A reception was held at Standon Lordship and the honeymoon is being spent abroad.
