Both Debrett's and Burke's listed the deceased's younger brother James
(b. 1926) as heir presumptive. When did he pass away?

The new baronet is married with 5 children including the new heir,
Ronan (b. 1995). (Debrett's 2003 is the source.)

Does anyone know if the new Baronet is to inherit the family seat and
estates, if I recall the late brother of the former Baronet, had
Blairqhan Castle, what has happened to that. I hope that the family
estates have remaind in the family?
