What does "of that ilk" at the end of the name signify here? Is that a part of the surname? I do not see that style used in the Wikipedia page. Wikipedia just mentions Sir David Oliphant Kinloch, 5th Baronet. Is that style customary or mandatory?

'of that Ilk' is the traditional Scottish nobiliary term meaning 'of the same name and place',which invariably has come to denote the chiefly line;as in this specific case, the original family estate of Kinloch in Perthshire.

I believe In Scotland, "of that Ilk" is just another way of saying "of the place". Scottish individuals especially those connected to the clans and the like tend to append their surnames to their places or residence or territories they own. Unless I am wrong, I believe his surname is (legally?) "Kinloch of Kinloch".

According to the Debrett's database, the new baronet has a son (in addition to his daughter  Freda).

The son, Ivor Oliphant, b. 2020, is the heir apparent to the baronetcy.
