The only info I have on the Countess of Munster is that she is Dr Halina MD, PhD, a consultant rheumatologist and Honorary Senior Lecturer at UCL, being daughter of Mieczyslaw Winski-Lubicz. She appears to be a member of the Royal Over-Seas League and the Carlton Club. She is still listed as living in Debrett's online and was present in Debrett's 2019.
