He m c2022 Clementine (Clemmie) Mary R. b 1991 d of William Alexander Mavourn FRANCKLIN b 1958 scion of that gentry family of Gonalston, and Celina Lucinda b 1961 d of Sir Geoffrey Christopher John PALMER 12th Bt b 1936 and Clarissa Mary DL b 1938 d of Stephen Francis VILLIERS-SMITH 1905-85 (3xgt gs of 1st Earl of CLARENDON 1709-86) and Olivia Mary JAMES 1909-83 (gd of 2nd Baron NORTHBOURNE 1846-1923). Their first son Harry Alexander born 12 March 2024.

I believe Hector's father, Rupert J.G. Lowe is the m.p. for Great Yarmouth, he was elected in 2024 as a Reform member, but now sits as an independent
