James Digby Legard died at home on 6 November 2021, aged 75, husband to Jane, father of Tom and Sophie, grandfather of Johnny, Kit and Imogen. A Service of thanksgiving will be held at St John of Beverley's Church, Harpham, East Yorkshire, on Friday, 26 November.
