Of the late Mrs Longden's children, (Angela) Jane BARING (born 26 XII 1946) and Jeremy Michael Stuart BARING (28 IX 1948 - 12 IX 1982; unmarried) were from her first marriage, and (Robert) Mark LONGDEN (born 23 VII 1962) and (Jonathan) James LONGDEN (born 9 IV 1964) were from her second marriage.

Jane Baring was married, firstly, on 7 January 1969 (divorced 1991) to (as his first wife) William George STIRLING-HOME-DRUMMOND-MORAY, 22nd of Abercairny (22 VIII 1940 - 2 II 2025). Their children are Anne Christian ("Anna") STIRLING-HOME-DRUMMOND-MORAY (born 1971), whose marriage to Daniel James Nichol PARKER (born II 1971) was registered in 1998 (ref 394 / 21 -Crieff); Frances Tara ("Fran") STIRLING-HOME-DRUMMOND-MORAY (born 1974) and Georgina Jane ("Georgy") STIRLING-HOME-DRUMMOND-MORAY (born 1979), whose marriage to Thomas James WRIGHT/ARMITAGE (two surnames are shown for him on Scotland's People) was registered in 2006 (ref 394 / 58 - Crieff).

Mark Longden married Joanna Melanie Ruth SEYMOUR (born 5 VIII 1964; she is not of the family of the Dukes of Somerset, but she is a 3 x greats-granddaughter of the 2nd Marquess of Sligo) in 1989, and their children are John Alexander Hugh ("Johnny") LONGDEN (born 1995), Tatiana Elisabeth J LONGDEN (born 1992), Lara Catherine Anne LONGDEN (born 9 III 1999) and Katya Olivia Josephine LONGDEN (born 2005).

James Longden married Nicola Catherine ARCEDECKNE-BUTLER (born 3 VII 1964; she is a 4 x greats-granddaughter of the 13th/23rd Baron Dunboyne) on 6 January 1996, and their children are Alexandra Hebe Minna ("Xa") LONGDEN (born 20 X 1999), Henrietta Lucy Eilidh ("Etta") LONGDEN (born 2001) and Charlotte Rose Georgia LONGDEN (born 2002).

Mrs Longden's great-grandchildren all appear to be children of her eldest granddaughter (who, with her husband, appears to have adopted the conjoined surname of "MORAY PARKER"). I have identified them from Scotland's People as: Noah James MORAY PARKER (birth registered in 1999 in Edinburgh - ref 734 / 556), (Adam) Francis MORAY PARKER (birth registered in 2001 in Edinburgh - ref 734 / 280), Jacob William MORAY PARKER (birth registered in 2005 in Edinburgh - ref 734 / 371) and Minerva Alice MORAY PARKER (birth registered in Crieff in 2011 (ref 394 / 62).

The late Mrs Longden's second husband (she was his second wife), Capt John Ridgway Berridge LONGDEN, RN (26 V 1909 - 12 I 1978), was the younger son of Vice-Adm Horace Walker LONGDEN (12 I 1877 - 4 I 1953) and his wife (married 6 XII 1902), Emily Gretchen HEWITT (22 IV 1879 - 5 I 1958). Vice-Adm Longden was himself the youngest son of Sir James Robert LONGDEN, GCMG (7 VII 1827 - 4 X 1891), a colonial governor, and his wife (married 22 IX 1864), Alice Emily BERRIDGE (13 III 1841 - 6 VI 1910).
