Sophie, or Sonia, Goodman, born Countess Kleinmichel, granddaughter of a Duke of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, died on 5 April 2025.

Her husband, a grandson of Lady Ottoline Morrell, died a week earlier.

Sonia Goodman, née Countess Kleinmichel, died on 5 April 2025, aged 95 years, one week after the death of Philip, her husband of 67 years; mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral to be held on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 at 11.30 a.m. at The London Cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia, 57 Harvard Road, W4 4ED. A joint interment will be held after the service.
