Francis Webb NEATE is himself the son of another Francis Webb NEATE (28 VI 1911 - 13 XII 1982) and his wife (marriage registered Q4 1934 - Cambridge), Fiona Lutugarda Macirone O'BRIEN (1911 - ?).

Miles Malleson's paternal grandparents were first cousins, and his paternal grandmother was herself the child of first cousins. Consequently, Samuel COURTAULD (10 IX 1720 - II 1765), of that landed gentry family, and his wife (married 31 VIII 1749), Louisa Perina OGIER (1729 - 12 I 1807), were Miles Malleson's great-great grandparents three times over. Mr Malleson's first wife (married 6 V 1915, divorced 1924) was Lady Constance Mary ANNESLEY (24 X 1895 - 5 X 1975), the youngest daughter of the 5th Earl Annesley.
