Sarah, Marchioness of Milford Haven (1st wife of current Marquess)

Can anyone help please?  I noticed that Sarah Milford Haven (nee Walker) was at Royal Ascot yesterday and her name badge was different and I couldn't quite read it in time... it looked like Mrs Edward …… ??  So I assume she has re-married.  Can anyone confirm this please and advise me on the details (if known).  I must have missed reading about it.  Any information will be gratefully appreciated.
