A probate search reveals a lady of this name died 27 October 2020 (probate 5 March 2021).  I haven't been able to find a death notice but the first forename is fairly unusual so I am guessing this is Tana Mary b 1932 (of Maidenhead) dau of George Gerald GOSCHEN (1887-1953), yr son of the Rt Hon Sir (William) Edward Goschen GCB GCMG GCVO , 1st Baronet, and (m 1930) Vivienne de WATERVILLE (d 1957).  She m 1962 John Alais FLETCHER (d 2012)
