Harbage - The engagement is announced between Captain Thomas Bolitho, Grenadier Guards, elder son of Mr and Mrs Alverne Bolitho, of Petersfield, Hampshire, and Eleanor, elder daughter of Mr William Harbage, QC, and Mrs Harbage, of Bulwick, Northamptonshire.

Thomas Alverne (b 1991 reg Q2 London) s of Alverne Robert BOLITHO (b 1961), scion of the Welsh gentry family of that name of Trengwainton, by his 1988 m (reg Q2 Surrey) to Annabel Louise (b 1962 reg Q4 London) d of Martin Briarwood SHAW-BAKER (d 1984) by his 1959 m (reg Q2 Westmorland) to Linda Margaret RENWICK (b Dec 1932).

Eleanor Charlotte H[erschel] (b 1991 reg Q1 Cambridgeshire) d of William John Hirons HARBAGE QC (b 1960) and Julia Mary Herschel DUNKERLEY (b April 1960).
