Lesbia Kadleigh was a muralist, though the only work of hers I can find online is that above Waterloo Station Gate:

Her husband was an architect, who died 1998. I cannot find an actual announcement of Lesbia's death, but Google AI says she died 1997.

Lesbia was born 1916, daughter of the eldest son of Sir William Selby Church, Bt.

Apparently their only child was Sergei William Kadleigh, who perished in the Staines Trident air disaster.
