McDONNELL, Mei Ngawaiata. Died Saturday 21st December 2019. Beloved wife of Sorley, Mother of Te Ngaehe Wanikau, Irene Greatorex and Daniel McDonnell. Tangi was held at Otukou Marae Lake Rotoaira, Burial was at Taitaia.
She m c1965? Sorley James b 1940 s of Hon James Angus Grey McDONNELL (1917-2004), yr son of the 7th Earl of Antrim, and (m 1939) Jeanne Irene BARRY d 2008). An unnamed dau b 1970 only is named in DPB (I had a note she was named Judith but this seems to be incorrect). Her maiden name was possibly BISHARA WANIKAU
