From the Telegraph of 7 Oct 2022: MARCHWOOD David George Staveley Penny, 3rd Viscount Marchwood, died peacefully at home on 3rd October 2022. Much loved husband of Sylva and father of Peter, Nick and Edward, stepfather, grandfather and step-grandfather. Private family funeral. Celebration of life to be notified later.
He was s of 2nd Viscount MARCHWOOD 1912-79 and Pamela d 1979 d of John Staveley COLTON-FOX (formerly Broomhead) 1865-1942 of Todwick Grange, Yorks by his 1909 m reg Q1 London to Helen Agnes LONGMAN 1877-1949. He m 1st 1964 Tessa Jane d 1997 dau of Wilfred Francis NORRIS and had three sons. He m 2nd 2001 as her 2nd h Sylva Kathleen d of Maj-Gen George Edward Restalic BASTIN CB OBE 1902-60 and Frances Gwendoline Ursula VENNING 1909-76. His eldest son succeeds him:
PETER GEORGE WORSLEY Penny 4th Viscount MARCHWOOD has yet to establish his claim & appear on The Peerage Roll, b 8 Oct 1965. He m 1995 Annabel C d of Rex COOPER and had a son and a dau:

Sir Peter George Worsley Penny, 4th Viscount Marchwood has been entered on the Official Roll of the Baronetage as the 4th Baronet Penny of Singapore and Kinston-upon-Thames
I imagine he will have proved his title to the Barony at the same time and will appear on the next edition of the Peerage Roll

The 4th Viscount Marchwood is now entered on the Roll of the Peerage. He is also entered on the Roll as Baron Marchwood in the Peerage of the United Kingdom
