Mike HANDCOCK
Peacefully in Hastings Court on 14th June 2019 aged 85 years. Former Mayor of Southborough and Headmaster of Bidborough Primary School & Claremont Primary School, Tunbridge Wells. A much-loved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St. Lawrence's Church, Bidborough on Monday 5th August at 2.30 p.m.

A tribute lower on the page mentions his widow, Rhona.
Query whether this is the one called "Patrick Michael" in the Peerage works (sub Barons Castlemaine), born 1934, married to Rhona Johnson. In the 2011 Debrett's he was listed as living at Tunbridge Wells.
