Found this article from the Daily Mail  about Alice Naylor-Leyland (wife of Thomas Naylor-Leyland heir to the baroncy of his father Sir Philip Naylor-Leyland) & it appears that Alice has had a 2nd daughter & fourth child, Margot, via a surrogate. Alice is pictured with Princess Beatrice who appears to be a friend.

She explained on her Instagram on 17 April 2024:

"- Due to too many complications, setbacks, miscarriages and then being told I was no longer able to carry, we decided to venture down the world of surrogacy."

Margot Isabella was born on 14 April 2024, apparently in California, USA.
