Today's Richard Kay column in the Daily Mail:

ANOTHER SAD BLOW FOR CAMILLA'S EX: After the sadness of losing his
wife to cancer this year, the Duchess of Cornwall's ex-husband,
Brigadier Andrew Parker Bowles, is coping with another loss - his
youngest brother, Richard, has died aged 63. Often described as the
black sheep of the family, Richard - a former bloodstock agent and
father of one-time IT-girl and writer Emma - battled alcohol and
gambling addicitions for years. Says his other brother, Simon, who
owns the celebrated St James's restaurant and champagne bar Green's:
'He'd not been well for a long time. He died of pneumonia in hospital
near his home at Lymington in Hampshire. Emma flew over from Los
Angeles, where she now lives, and was at his side.' Rick, as he was
known to pals, married brewery heiress Camilla Younger in 1973. Sadly
the union lasted less than three years. Rick later brought dismay to
the family when he launched a vitriolic attack on his sister-in-law
Camilla, after she and Andrew separated in 1995.
