Lady Oxmantown, wife of Laurence Patrick Parsons, styled Lord
Oxmantown, [b. 31 March, 1969], son and heir of the 7th Earl of
Rosse,
and the Countess of Rosse, of Birr Castle, County Offaly, gave birth
to
a son and heir, the Hon William Charles Parsons, at Beijing, 28 June,
2008, a brother for the Hon. Olivia Rose Xuewei Parsons, who was b 8
January, 2006.
Lady Oxmantown is the former Miss Anna Lin, daughter of Mr & Mrs Qicai
Lin,
of Tianjin, China. Lord Oxmantown is a nephew of the 1st Earl of
Snowdon, GCVO. His father is Snowdon's half-brother.

But young Errington was born in Westminster. The future Earl of Rosse
was born in Beijing.

The earl was formerly married to a descendant of the Thai Royal
