Although Anne seems to have been present, her godmother was actually Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg, while the others were Crown Prince Gustaf Adolf of Sweden and three commoners.

I checked a Dutch newspaper from that time.

Anyway it doesn't say godparents here. Although a word is missing it would be attending, not godparents.

Some sources on her godparents:
The Digest of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, issue 2, p. 16 (1963) has "Her godparents were the Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg, King Gustaf Adolf of Sweden, Sir Winston Churchill, and Mrs D. Post-Salomons, the widow of Johannes Post, who was shot as a member of the Resistance on 16 July, 1944, and A. Wiltens"; a 1967 issue of the same publication gives the last individual more fully as "Mr. A. J. Andree Wiltens, a prominent figure in the student resistance movement".

The Illustrated London News vol. 211, p. 427 (1947) gives: "The christening of Princess Marijke, the youngest daughter of Princess Juliana and Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, took place on October 9. Mrs. Soames deputised for her father, Mr. Churchill, who is a godfather"

Whatever the truth of the matter, Churchill was definitely at least mentioned amongst the godparents, it seems- I don't profess to have any in-depth knowledge of this matter, of course, merely presenting available information.

I do not dispute Winston Churchill, as he was clearly a godfather. He however wasn't a Sir until 1953 as far as I can see.

But I haven't found any Dutch newspaper from September/October 1947 mentioning Princess Anne de Bourbon de Parme (later Queen Anne of Romania), not even as a guest.

She had six godparents. The five mentioned by G. Willis above, and Mrs Röell-Feith (née jonkvrouw Sophia Christina Feith, who had been the nanny of the other three royal children for eight years).

More on my blog later today: https://www.nettyroyalblog.nl/

I can’t provide a link, but go to Unofficial Royalty and you will find a link to a story about the funeral which tells you who attended. It is predictable-her children, her sisters, her nieces and nephews(including the King). No mention of foreign royalty.
