ROWAN HAMILTON The engagement is announced between Jack, youngest son of Mr and Mrs Mervyn Chaplin of East Carlton, Leicestershire, and Tamara, daughter of Mr Hamish Rowan Hamilton of Somerset and Mrs Venetia Rowan Hamilton of Hertfordshire.
