According to a notice in 'The Times' Peter Charles Oliver Harvey, 2nd Baron Harvey of Tasburgh, died 18 April, aged 89.

Lord HARVEY
Lord Harvey of Tasburgh peacefully at Treliske Hospital, Truro on
Sunday, 18th April 2010, aged 89 years. dearly loved father of Juliet
and Miranda, father in law of Richard, Grandfather of Erin and Tilly.
Funeral Service at St Mylor Church, Mylor Harbour on Friday 30th April
at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired,
for Diabetes U.K. by retiring collection or c/o Penryn & Falmouth
funeral directors, 50 Kernick Road, Penryn, TR10 9DQ. 01326 376926 (24
hrs).

He was the 2nd Baron and 5th Baronet. He m 1957 Penelope Anne (d 1995)
dau of Lt-Col Sir William Vivian MAKINS 3rd Bt and had two daus, both
married but without issue. He is succeeded in the titles as follows:

CHARLES JOHN GIUSEPPE HARVEY 3rd Baron and 6th Baronet b 4 Feb 1951
(son of Hon John Wynn HARVEY (1923-89), yr son of 1st Baron, and Elena
Maria-Teresa dau of Giambattista, Marchese Curtopassi) educ Eton, and
Trinity Coll, Oxford (162 East Dulwich Grove, London SE22 8TB); m 1979
Margaret (Maggie) dau of Cecil Walter BROWN and has issue living:

There are currently 3 males in line to the titles, the new baron's
heir, the brother of the new baron and the latter's son. The first and
third in line are aged 22 or younger.

I'm guessing the "Giuseppe" part of the new baron's name comes from
his mother's side of the family. She is the daughter of the late
Giambattista, Marchese Curtopassi.

there any substantial land holdings?
