He was s of Sir George James Cullum WELCH 1^st Bt 1895-1980 and Gertrude Evelyn Sladin 1896-1966 d of John William HARRISON c1866- by his 1896 m reg Q2 Lancs to Evelyn Jane 1867-1940 d of Henry Lees SLADIN 1840-1924 by his 8 Aug 1864 m to Margaret HEAP c1843-1937. He m 1962 (Margaret) Kerry d of Kenneth Victor DOUGLASS of Sydney, Australia, and had a son and two daus as above. His son succeeds him:
