From the Telegraph of 30 May 2024: BAGSHAWE Michael Christopher (Mick). Peacefully, on 21st May 2024 aged 97 years. Beloved husband of Patricia, father of Sarah and Nicholas and grandfather of Hannah. Funeral Service at All Saints Church, Sandon on Friday 14th June at 12 noon. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Michael will be divided between Sandon Church, Gayton Church and Arthritis Research UK.

He was yr s of Capt Francis Ernest Gisborne BAGSHAWE 1893-1985 sometime head of that gentry family f/o Ford Hall and Albinia Marian 1900-86 d of Capt Gilbert Dolben PAUL 1872-1938 of Theale, Berks and Charlotte Albinia 1870-1959 d of Henry Christopher WISE 1806-83 and Jane Harriet DISBROWE 1828-1908 (gt gd of 3^rd Earl of BUCKINGHAMSHIRE 1731-1804, as well gt gd of 11^th Earl of CASSILLIS d 1794, etc). He m 1951 Patricia Jane b 1929 d of Col Sir John Frederick COMPTON-INGLEFIELD TD 1904-88 scion of the Inglefield gentry family and Rosemary 1903-78 d of Adm. Sir Percy Moreton SCOTT 1^st Bt KCB KCVO 1853-1924 and Teresa Roma d 1928 d of Sir Frederick DIXON-HARTLAND 1^st & only Bt 1832-1909 and Agnes Chichester 1860-1955 d of Capt William Langham CHRISTIE MP 1830-1913 sometime head of that gentry family of Glyndebourne and Agnes Hamilton CLEVLAND 1831-1902 scion of that gentry family of Tapeley Park, and had a son and a dau:
