He m 2013 Alice Anne (b 1976) d of Malcolm Ralph COCHRANE (b 1938, gt gs of the 1st Baron COCHRANE OF CULTS (1857-1951, yst s of the 11th Earl of DUNDONALD) and Lady Gertrude Julia Georgina BOYLE (1861-1950) dau of the 6th Earl of GLASGOW (1825-90) and the Hon Montagu ABERCROMBY (1835-1931, dau of 3rd Baron ABERCROMBY (1800-52)) by his wife Mary Anne (b 1946, dau of Ralph Henry SCROPE (1905-81) of that gentry family of Danby, and Lady Beatrice Anne SAVILE (1910-73, dau of the 6th Earl of MEXBOROUGH (1868-1945) and the Hon Margaret Eva de Burgh KNATCHBULL-HUGESSEN (1883-1957, dau of 2nd Baron BRABOURNE)). Their daughter Ellie Jill was b 2013 and their other son Edward Ralph was b 2015.
