The Queen has been pleased to appoint the Earl Peel to be a Permanent Lord in Waiting to Her Majesty

He retired as Lord Chamberlain on 31 March

Earl Peel decorated with the Royal Victorian Chain upon taking leave as Lord Chamberlain.

It was The Queen’s first official engagement since Prince Philip’s death.
