From the Times of 12 April 2025: MOSTYN Paul died peacefully on 29th March 2025, aged 79. Funeral at St Laurence Church, Winslow, on Monday 28th April at 11am.

I take this to be the son of Lt-Col Joseph MOSTYN (formerly TUZINKIEWICZ) 1896-1969 and Hermione Mary Josephine 1906-99 d of George Trevor Basil MOSTYN 1857-1913 (s of Sir Pyers MOSTYN 8^th Bt 1811-82 and Hon Frances Georgiana FRASER 1826-99 d of 12^th Lord LOVAT 1802-75 and Hon Charlotte Georgina STAFFORD-JERNINGHAM 1800-76 d of 8^th Baron STAFFORD 1771-1851, etc etc) and his 2^nd w Mary Hermione 1878- 1955 d of Augustus Henry DE TRAFFORD 1823-95 (s of Sir Thomas Joseph DE TRAFFORD 1^st Bt 1778-1852) and Gertrude Mary WALMESLEY c1849-1922 scion of that gentry family f/o Westwood & Inglewood. He m 1971 Elizabeth Catherine Bernadette d of Peter Northcote LUNN CMG OBE 1914-2011 (gt gs of 1^st Earl of IDDESLEIGH 1818-87) and Hon Eileen Antionette Mary PRESTON 1912-76 d of 15^th Viscount GORMANSTON 1879-1925 and as her 1^st h Eileen BUTLER 1883-1964 (Mrs John Atkins) scion of that Irish gentry family co Tipperary, and had two daus.
