George Vaughan Hart b. 1911 (can't find death record) eldest s. of George Vaughan Hart (1877-1928), of Dublin, barrister and registrar of Irish Land Commission by his wife Maude Frances Annette, dau. of Charles Ribton Curran, of Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, judge of the Supreme Court of Jamaica (grandson of the politician and wit John Philpot Curran).

This page has some more details on the Hart family: http://www.youwho.ie/hart.html

The Andrew Searle Hart mentioned at the top of that pedigree (1811-1890) was a mathematician and vice-provost of Trinity College, Dublin (also knighted), being son of George Vaughan Hart, of Glenalla, Co. Donegal by his wife Maria, dau. of Rev. John Hume, dean of Derry. Given the name and origin in Donegal, I'm fairly sure that a link exists with this George Vaughan Hart- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Vaughan_Hart_(British_Army_officer) https://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1790-1820/member/hart-george-vaughan-1752-1832- but would need to research further. Andrew Searle Hart was apparently a descendant of Henry Hart (1566-1637), who served in the Nine Years' War and obtained an estate at Donegal.

Norah Marie (née Babington) was first married (in 1940) to George Vaughan Hart's younger brother, Edward Chichester Hart (the 4th s.; 1918-1943), killed in action whilst a Flying Officer in the R.A.F.V.R. She died in 2011, according to this notice: http://notices.irishtimes.com/death/hart-norah-marie/10105576

George Vaughan Hart (1877-1928) was younger brother of Ethel Vaughan Hart (1875-), who married, in 1907, Sir Anthony Brutus Babington, P.C., M.P., Lord Justice of Appeal 1937-49. He was first cousin of David Louis James Babington (see above), both being grandsons of Rev. Hume Babington (1804-1886), rector of Moviddy, Co. Cork 1833-85.
