From the Times of 20 October 2018: MR H WRIGHT AND MISS A BOGGIS-ROLFE  The engagement is announced between Harry, only son of the late Mr Martin Wright and of Mrs Jenny Wright of Great Bardfield, Essex, and Alice, younger daughter of Mr and Mrs Richard Boggis-Rolfe of Shipton, Moyne, Gloucestershire.

Alice Catherine (b 1990 reg London) d of Richard BOGGIS-ROLFE (b 1950), scion of the BOGGIS gentry family formerly of Edwardstone, by his 1987 m (reg Q1 Gloucestershire) to Lucy Elisabeth (b 1954) d of Lt-Col Stephen Reginald Martin JENKINS MC (1915-91), sometime head of the gentry family of that name of Hampnett Manor, and Elisabeth (1918-2000) d of Rev Arthur Wilson NAPIER (1871-1955), scion of the gentry family of that name of Pennard House.

Was he son of Vice-Admiral Gerard John Napier and Ella Louisa Wilson?

Yes, he was their fifth son - see pages 1381 - 1382 of the 1914 edition of Burke's Landed Gentry at https://ukga.org/DB/33/blg1914/blg19141395.png and https://ukga.org/DB/33/blg1914/blg19141396.png (the family appears in later editions, but I cannot find any more recent which are available to view free online).
