I know that the announcement has her called "Anak, Lady Francis Russell", but I am curious what is the correct nomenclature for someone who has divorced the son of a duke, especially after he has re-married. Can there be more than one "Lady Francis Russell"? I don't really know the answer to this.

According to Debrett's Correct Form, she would continue to use the style from her marriage, unless, as is not the case here, she had a courtesy style of her own prior to her marriage. So, the usage "Anak, Lady Francis Russell" seems acceptable. This would end with her remarriage, though.
